Our commitment
Posanoh has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards explain what we prohibit, how we prevent and detect it, how to report it, and how we respond — including reporting to the authorities.
Protecting children is a responsibility we take seriously. We prohibit any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, we act quickly to remove it, and we report it to the relevant authorities and child-protection organizations. These standards apply to everyone who uses Posanoh and to all content and interactions on it.
Strictly prohibited
The following are never allowed on Posanoh:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexualized content involving anyone who is or appears to be a minor;
- grooming, enticement, or any attempt to sexually exploit a child;
- sextortion, or trading or soliciting such material;
- trafficking, or the promotion or facilitation of any sexual abuse or exploitation of children;
- normalizing, glorifying, or encouraging the sexual abuse of children.
Minimum age
Posanoh is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. We do not knowingly allow children to use Posanoh, and we remove accounts we believe belong to minors. See our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
Prevention and detection
- We combine automated detection with human review to identify CSAE content and behavior, including scanning of uploaded media for known and suspected abuse material.
- We provide easy-to-use reporting tools throughout the app so anyone can flag content or behavior.
- We act on reports promptly and prioritize those involving child safety.
How to report
If you encounter CSAE content or behavior on Posanoh:
- use the Report option on the post, listing, profile, message, or comment; or
- email our child-safety team directly at child-safety@posanoh.com.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law-enforcement or emergency services first.
How we respond
When we identify CSAE, we:
- remove the content immediately;
- terminate the accounts involved;
- preserve relevant evidence as required and report to the appropriate authorities and child-protection organizations (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, or the relevant body in your country); and
- cooperate with lawful investigations.
Legal compliance
We comply with applicable child-safety laws and reporting obligations in the places where we operate, and we align our standards with the expectations of the app stores we distribute through.
Child-safety contact
Our designated point of contact for child-safety concerns is child-safety@posanoh.com. We review every report we receive here.
