Content, listings and offers must be lawful, accurate and respectful. You keep your rights and grant us the licence needed to display them in Posanoh.
Transactions
Purchases, bookings and services are concluded between you and the business or creator concerned. Posanoh facilitates the connection and payment.
Business and creators
Business and creator accounts commit to describing their offers honestly, honouring their orders and following each platform’s rules.
What’s not allowed
Fraud, counterfeits, harassment, illegal content, bypassing security. We may remove content or suspend an account.
Liability
Posanoh is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service.
