Be respectful

Posanoh brings people together to buy, sell, share, and connect. These guidelines keep it safe and trustworthy for everyone. They apply to everything you do on Posanoh — posts, listings, reviews, messages, profiles, and live content. Breaking them can lead to content removal, account limits, or a ban.

Treat others the way you’d want to be treated. Don’t:

• harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate anyone;
• post hate speech or attack people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation;
• encourage others to harass or harm someone.

Keep people safe

• No threats of violence, or content that promotes or glorifies violence or terrorism.
• No promotion of self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders. If you or someone you know is struggling, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
• No content from or support for dangerous individuals or organizations.

Protect children

We have zero tolerance for content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children. We remove it, terminate the accounts involved, and report it to the authorities and relevant organizations. See our Child Safety Standards.

Nothing illegal

• Don’t use Posanoh for anything illegal, or to buy or sell prohibited items — including weapons, illegal drugs, stolen goods, endangered species, counterfeit products, or regulated items you aren’t licensed to sell.
• No fraud, scams, deceptive schemes, or phishing.
• No malware, or attempts to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Posanoh or its users.

Adult content

Don’t post pornographic or sexually explicit content, or use Posanoh to promote commercial sexual services. Some non-sexual nudity (for example art or education) may be allowed with appropriate context, but sexual content involving anyone who is or appears to be a minor is never permitted and is reported.

Be authentic

• Don’t impersonate other people, businesses, or organizations, or misrepresent who you are.
• No spam, fake accounts, artificial engagement, or manipulative behavior.
• Don’t post harmful misinformation, such as content that could cause real-world harm.

Sell honestly

• List items and services accurately, with honest descriptions, prices, and photos you have the right to use.
• Fulfil your orders and bookings, and handle returns fairly.
• No counterfeit, misleading, or bait-and-switch listings. See our Terms of Service and Refund & Return Policy.

Respect privacy and creative work

• Don’t share other people’s private or personal information without their consent.
• Only post content you own or have permission to use. Don’t infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.

Reporting and blocking

Help us keep Posanoh safe. If you see something that breaks these guidelines:

• Report it. Use the Report option available on posts, listings, profiles, messages, and comments to flag content or behavior for review.
• Block a user. Use Block on a person’s profile to stop them from contacting you or interacting with your content.
• Contact us. For urgent or serious issues, email support@posanoh.com.

We review reports and act on content that violates these guidelines, usually within 24 hours for the most serious reports.

How we enforce

We use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and act on violations. Depending on the severity and history, we may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, and, where required, report to the authorities. We aim to be fair and, where appropriate, give you a chance to appeal a decision by contacting us.
