In the app

You can delete your Posanoh account and personal data at any time, directly in the app. Your account is locked right away, and you have 30 days to change your mind by signing back in. After that, your personal data is permanently removed.

The quickest way to delete your account is in the app:

1. Open Posanoh and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account.
3. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
4. Read the confirmation, type DELETE, and confirm.

Your account is locked immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days later.

By email

If you can’t access the app, email us at support@posanoh.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act, to protect your account. We aim to process verified requests within 30 days.

The 30-day grace period

When you request deletion, your account is locked straight away — you and anyone else are signed out and can no longer use it. For the next 30 days the account is recoverable: simply sign back in with your usual credentials and the deletion is cancelled and your account restored. If you do nothing, your personal data is permanently removed after 30 days.

What gets deleted

After the grace period, we permanently remove:

• your name, username, email addresses, and phone numbers;
• your profile, bio, photos, and preferences;
• saved payment methods, bank, and wallet details;
• saved addresses and location information;
• any health, insurance, or dating information you added;
• your registered devices and push-notification tokens; and
• your sign-in credentials and two-factor settings.

Your posts, listings, reviews, and messages are disconnected from your identity and shown as coming from a “Deleted user.”

What we keep, and why

We keep a limited set of records after deletion, only where the law requires it or to protect against fraud:

• Order, payment, and transaction records — retained for tax, accounting, and anti-money-laundering obligations. These are disconnected from your personal identity.
• Records needed to resolve disputes or prevent abuse — kept only as long as necessary for that purpose.
